I have read several bad reviews and could not disagree more. I am an Amiciholic. The place is addicting. The food is great. The staff friendly. And the service is not slow for the quality of food that those guys make. It's not Dominos or Papa Johns. Thank God! The pizza crust is as good as they come. You wait for true NY style pizza. That's why you meet people there, So you can slow down the pace and get some good quality time with your friends and loved ones. People are always in such a rush. I. for one, appreciate a place that is friendly and allows you to socialize. I think Amici hits the mark. If you're in such a rush, then eat sub-standard processed and fast. If you're taste is for food and an experience prepared to order for you and your friends, then eat Amici.

Rude manager pizza crust burnt. Calizone dough flat like a taco. Order for take out, for family outing at local park, started to rain decided to eat there. Told we could not eat in restraurant , because other customers would be mad because we would have gotten our food before them. Manager told us this after we were seated and hostess and waitress had taken drinks, appetizers and salad orders that we had not placed before. Group size was 7. Restraurt was less than half full in front section and empty in rear section to left. Staff standing around waiting for it to get busy.
