Thursday, October 22, 2009 Covington police Lt. Wendell Wagstaff says the chase began Wednesday night when a Georgia State Patrol trooper clocked a motorist driving 94 mph on I-20. Wagstaff says the chase ended when a trooper made a maneuver that forced the car to stop.
